Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
3001 has many problems, but primarily dysfunctional management.
The monthly utility bill is out of control because of ineffective and inefficent organizational planning.
Because of the many dogs, the building and the grounds smells -- carpet is badly soiled. The business center, party room, and the gym need upgrading with state of the art equipment.
