If you are seeking a residential property that is exciting while providing excellent customer services and maintenance, check out 3001 Park Center. The Maintenance Department is excellent, they provided outstanding professional maintenance services. The professionalism of the lawn with beautiful flowers and tree are engaging.
We lived at 3001 for four-years and extemely pleased with the appearance of the lawn, services, and the staff. The staff worked hard to support its residents with special parties and events.

yea what a joke 3001 is a dump too and owned before by gates hudson too at one time

YOUR RIGHT THEY OWNED 3001-THEO WAS THE MANAGER-PLUS THE CONDO'S AT THE CORNER THEY WERE AVALON THEN AND THE PLAZZO-THEY LOST THE CONTRACT TO THE MERIDAN -PLUS THE COMMONS OF MCLEAN-GOOD LUCK

Unfair assessment of 3001. Park Center has not been managed by GHA in 10 years. 3001 continues to thrive in appearance and residents. Park Center could learn much from 3001 Park Center.
