I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. I decided to add a review b/c I know it helps in the moving process. The tenants that were in our place before we moved in had just moved out a week before. Management was very efficient in getting the place ready to move in. Everything was completed by this week. Maintain has been quick to respond (the shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms). The concierge is very friendly. The parking is okay, could be better for those of us that get home after 10pm, but I've only had to park on the street twice in the past 2 weeks. The space is great, perfect for roommates. It seems to be pretty safe. All in all its seems to be a great place to live. I'll keep you posted on the progress :)
