Clean, high utilities bill & getting expensive

Overall it is a very nice building, well kept comparing to others, but the utilities bill is high and the rent has been increasing a lot every year. Utilities should at least be included in the rent. Difficult to find a parking spot after 9:00pm.
Apartment and corridors has good sunlight. Seems to be a safe place. Just in couple of ocasions I saw an outside man sleeping in the office. Fitneess room is sucks. Only two tredmills and one is always broken. Also very small for the size of the building.
Friendly management. Concierge should be more helpfull and more polite when speaking to tenants. Saw few times mothers and kids arriving with groceries and no help was given to open doors or carry carts to elevators, or even pick up the carts in the storage while kid is in the stroller waiting.
#001 Par Cnter should take it out from its website the pictures of the fitness center across the street that misslead people, giving the impression that building has better fitness room and amenities. Hot tub has not been working.
They serve breakfast every Saturday in the party room which is nice to meet some tenants. But the owner of the Deli who serves the breakfast has been serving really poorly. It is hard to find a bagel like when his brother used to serve. He is very stingy and management doesn't do anything to correct that. He probably receives the same amout and serves less and less. Before there used to have fruits, other breads. Now only you can bearely find something....Why have breakfast then'

Forgot to mention, 3001 has a newsletter that seems expensive publication but lacks content. They could use the money to do something more useful to the tenants,such as contributing to the utilies bill or increase less than 10% per year. I am sure tenants would love that instead of trashing the newsletter.
