The apartments are . well let say that they are going downhill FAST!!!!
The Staff in the front office are friendly.
I have a one bed room that is 850 square feet, more than enough room for one person. The only thing that I can say about the apartment, I do not like is that the cabinets they are cheap. They are particle board with plastic wall paper to make it seem like that it is real wood.
I had a couple of problems with my appliances. The maintenance was very responsive and repaired my appliances.
For the most part the apartments used to be quiet. I now have a new neighbor that likes his music loud. I have complained several times and still do not know yet if it was affective or not.
There is enough parking. You can get a reserved uncovered parking spot for 50 dollars a month or a covered reserved parking spot for 75 dollars a month.
If you want to socialize or just get outside there is a large patio common area that all the residents can use. It is equipped with large gas grills and anyone can go out and grill a steak or anything else that you want to cook. This is a place that a lot of people like to hang out and sip their wine or drink their beer. However, it does get loud. I am glad that I do not live above the patio or I would be out of here. I have to get-up very early in the morning and if I had to deal with the noise from there I would not be able to handle it. I have enough with my new neighbor.
The workout room has been nonexistent since I have been there. It just recently opened; it is adequate for your basic workout.
It just burns me with the Jacuzzi; THERE NO LONGER IS ONE!!! They removed it to extend the grill area. I have to say that this is nice. However, I enjoyed the Jacuzzi when there was one. It was one of the reasons that I picked this apartment complex to live.
They spent something like 5 million dollars on renovations. It should have been a lot better when completed. We are now getting a pest problem in the building; this includes mice, ants and cockroaches.
They allow medium to small dogs. We have a new resident that has a Rottweiler. If this is a small to medium dog; then I do not know what a large dog is! Most part people pick-up the dog-poop. But on the west side of the building they do not. There is dog-poop in the grass and you have to watch where you walk.

Your review to the jacuzzi came to late, because now the swiming pool area will be closed. People in this building should be more acceptive of children otherwise what are the options for parents with children if there is no playground and the aprtments are small? Utilities are very expensive in this building, about $200 per month and you have no fredom to change the provider since they use Minol manage for all the utilities. When I moved 3 years ago used to pay $80 a month. What happened??? Socilaizing outside is nice, but few unpleasant people who always come to eat your food drink your wine and never offer anything. Also the smokers should have a better hygine habit and trash the cigarette. It is not to ask to much to people to clean after themselves once they finish to barbecue.

Does anyone have details on the renovation? Is the plan to renovate all units eventually? If so, this will really drive up the rents. I'm interested in this apartment complex, but concerned until more is known about the renovations.

The renovation is a 1 year project; lobby and deli are to be completed during first phase next February; they've really organized it well; I've heard mixed stories about possible rent hikes; my hunch is that there will be an impact; I think they're trying to get back to that luxurious upscale vibe they had 10 years ago, so they can compete with nearby buildings; for apartment living, the complex is nice; I live in the small 1 bedroom and pay extra for a garage spot; utilities run about $65 a month; nothing's perfect, but they take good care of you, keep the building clean and people are generally pleasant; I don't interact much with the staff, but they always seem helpful, especially the staff at the front desk; the outside patio with grills is a popular place to hang or cook some food; I agree about the kitchen cabinetry and appliances - rather outdated; they did start renovations on some of the larger units a few years back. The rents are average to high, depending on what you're used to - I'd rather pay a little more for security and decent living until I buy a home.

Renovations are still proceeding. They have renovated the ???B??? leval; bottom floor. They have put a burgundy/kaki pattern carpet down to replace the old floor. It makes it look like a cheap hotel. If you are considering this place make sure that you have a look at the ???B??? leval. They are proposing that they renovate all the floors like this one. Also, I have experienced problems with people throwing trash out their windows, mainly cigars and cigarettes, also people throwing trash in the parking lot. I do not understand people? They do not want them in their apartments or in their car so they throw them out the windows. Just because they get rid of them out of their apartment or car it doesn???t just go away. There are literally hundreds of cigar butts with the plastic ends all over the ground. I have complained and I have cleaned them up to the point that I had a bag full of cigar butts. They continue to throw them out the window. Management???s stance on this is that they do not know who is doing it, that if they know who was doing it that they would have them stop. If they put memorandums out informing the tenets that they are going to paint the halls or something like that; why could they not put one out saying that is they get caught throwing trash out the windows that they would be evicted? We have had two windows on cars smashed in; it is supposed to be a somewhat secure parking area. However, the front gate to gain access in and out of the parking area is broke. There used to be at least a bar for the outgoing cars. But, even that is now broke and gone. As you enter the parking area there are wires protruding out of the box that once allowed only authorized personnel in the parking area. I have seen mice around the grounds. There is one in the walls and I can hear it scratching at night. It is not in the Apartment, but in the walls. I do not know how one could get rid of that however, he had to have gotten in there somehow. I told management and they have been responsive about getting pest control out to place mice/rodent poison blocks. At this point, I would have to say that I will be looking to move when my lease is up. I can go up the street to the apartments and have the same things for a couple of hundred cheaper. They are defiantly not worth the price that you are paying for something that is supposed to be nice. There are some perks, you do get free coffee, and on Saturday they offer a free continual breakfast ???bagels and doughnuts??? and the ability to grill.
