I had to move out due to my job assignment change. They would not waive any of the penalties even though this was not done for a convenience and was a government reassignment. When I first moved in I was told if I had a forced job transfer I would not be required to pay the penalties. The government would not pay since the apartment was already contacted and informed the government that I would not be required to pay penalties. Don't believe it. Get it in writing, and have an attorney review it. They will try to get you coming and going. They do not have feelings or you in mind at the Donaldson Group. They only pay homage to the all mighty dollar.
