3001 Park Center Apartments

What I like about 3001 Park Center From: RNJN Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008   My husband and I have lived in 3001 Park Center for quite some time. We've been through many management teams - my favorite was Zulfi; however, now that we have Curt, he's taken the lead. Management truly cares about all residents, I love the fact that they mingle with the residents - such a great way to listen and find out what is good about the building and what is bad, what needs to be fixed, etc. Narissa is a doll, very caring, very friendly. Blair is a sweetheart. And Barb is the best! The entire staff are always very attentive and reactive to everything. Any repairs are taken care of immediately. The building renovation is lovely - really elegant. And the landscaping and outdoor renovations are fantastic. The patio and the extension of the patio where the hot tub used to be is the best thing management ever did. In all the years we've lived there, we've never seen a lot of people using the hot tub - mostly a few kids coming from the pool to "warm up". This has really opened up the outdoors to more people - the grills are in constant use - pretty much all day long - people eat out there more often now creating a wonderful social environment. 3001 Park Center is exactly like resort-living - very social - new residents coming to the patio areas are greeted and welcomed and made to feel at home. Plus residents really look after each other, showing care, like living in a neighborhood where you know all your neighbors. More and more folks say hi in the elevators and in the hallways - years ago (late 90's) we hardly ever experienced the camaraderie we see now. It's a wonderful place to live - the apartments are large, larger than other complexes, the bay windows open the apartments to outstanding views and plenty of sunshine. And the apartments are VERY quiet - you absolutely hear nothing from outside, next door, up or below. We find the utilities to be very reasonable - considering the windows and the bay are so large, the insulation is outstanding. We've lived in this complex for a long time - and have never regretted living here. It's a great place - the apartments are very spacious and large - the decor throughout the building is lovely - the outdoors never looked better - the residents are wonderful - and management is superb.
