I was a resident of this building in 2006/2007, and after the end of my lease, me and my roommate decide to go, because almost 2.000 for 2 bedrooms, no balcony and a tinny gym is too much. After 2 months they start to send us bills for a carpet change.
Supposedly the carpet was damaged. I went to the office to ask about and they show
me some pictures of carpet, that i could not see anything wrong, even explaining that
carpet was in great condition, and only 2 adults living in the apartment they still
send me 1.000 bill for that. Another thing is: after left my keys at the leasing office, nobody went to check the apartment with me. If you are about to leave, just make sure to call anyone to check your apt. before you leave.
