I lived here for a year. Moved out after my lease was up. The apartment was ok (nothing to brag about). They spend more money in making the lobby look nice than the apartments. If you wanted the renovated apartment you've to pay higher rent. My pnly beef with them was the rising utility cost. You are billed for both electricity and water for the entire building. I lived in a 1 bedroom, a single person and my bill was between $80 - $150.00 a month. This was a lot! I decided to move into a building where I would have to pay only my share and I got my first bill and it's only $35.00 for electricity and water. I use the same amount as I did when I lived at 3001. Be careful!
