BEWARE !!!!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT RATING YEARS AFTER YOU MOVE OUT

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
I lived in this apartment building for approximately 5 years. I have lived in California for the past 6. The other day I get a collection agency called "FMS Financial Solutions" in Greenbelt Maryland collecting on $81 (yes, $81 WHOLE DOLLARS) from PARK CENTER APTS. Needless to say, I was quite stunned since I was never notified that I owed anything when I moved out and they even returned my security deposit. I've reported this to the State Attorney General as well as to the Better Business Bureau. I will be suing them for fraud and FCRA violations. I would give Park Center Apartments NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. RENTER BEWARE!
