Run from it! - ...as fast as you can. If I were to sit here and write down all the serious things that were wrong with the apartment from the day we moved in to this day, I would be here for hours. Um.....next please - I just moved in in December and I mean, I was lured in. Looks are deceiving, people and then again, so is when someone lies to your face. The biggest problem here? Going down hill....Monticello - After living in the Monticello building for several years it has recently started to go down hill... fast! On top of that the average rent increase this year is over $50. I actually wrote a favorable review in the past and could have seen myself living here on the long term but now it is absolutely out of the question.
