I have lived here for about one month now and I do not appreciate the living conditions at all. My neighbors above me are extremely noisy with kids running around late at night. I mean, the kids seem to nap during the evening and get up around 10:00 at night and have a ball....it's like RUN FORREST RUN! I hate it! I have complained to no avail but have decided to take matters into my own hands. The trash dumpster is a block away from my building and I don't like the fact that I have to put trash in my car and transport it down the street. My friend lived there already and I moved in not knowing the conditions. I have decided to seek legal action. I have written letter to management, to the upstairs tenant and nothing has been done. I am having my rent placed in escrow (as everyone should until their problems are fixed).
