Decent but expensive

I've lived here for 3 years and I am now moving out since my rent has gone from $945.00 to $1,185.00.
The place is decent. I have to say one of the best complexes in the area. Quiet, clean, and good space. Maintenance IS pretty slow in responding to requests but they seem to be getting better now that all my requests are in writing. Overall it's a pretty good place to live but small inconveniences (such as the trash compactor being a few blocks away) and rapidly rising cost of rent has driven me away.
