Not the greatest... but not the worst

This may seem like a negative review, because frankly aside from what I will mention, the positives were essentially standard fare. Anyway, I lived on the 3rd floor in one of those loft apartments. From day one the toilet in the loft did not work, but since I never had a need for it I never had it fixed. Being close to Ft. Belvoir, prepare yourself for helicopter noise and occassional closings of local roads when the terror threat-level is raised. The floor of my shower creaked like mad and I often felt like I would break through to the apartment below. I never had an issue with maintenance, but then again I rarely called them.
