I've lived here since May, and have read all the reviews. Remember that noisy neighbors have nothing to do with the apartment complex itself - people are loud everywhere. That said, I almost never hear my neighbors. I had some ants last summer but never in my kitchen and not at all once the weather got cooler. When I moved in several things needed to be repaired, but everything was fixed within two days of calling in, including a brand new countertop in the kitchen. The trash compactor is inconveniently far away but it's not a big deal to drop off on my way out somewhere else. Helicopters and planes fly overhead often but it's not so loud that it drowns out conversations or televisions and I barely even notice them anymore. I've lived a lot of places, and this is one of the better ones. My only real complaint is that it's so far away from a lot of things to do and the shopping selection nearby isn't so great. But the apartment itself is comfy and *very* convenient for people who work in Fort Belvoir.
