Maintenance has been reduced to minimal in the two years I have been here. Klingbeil Capital Managment is all about low overhead, which leaves tenents having to battle for their rights. This is no place to live if you want what you pay for or if you want a clean environent. This apartment compex does no justice to its pristine surroundings. I should have had a clue when the manager told me I could'nt see the apartment I was moving into until the day I moved in!!!
