This place is a nightmare. They are repaving all the parking lots. I get home from work and there is no place to park. It would have been nice for management to let the residents know what was going on. A couple days after they had blocked off the parking lots and started repaving we got a letter saying that anyone who didn't move their car was going to get towed and charged $50. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. There is one maintenance guy who actually knows what he's doing, the rest are incompatent. The parking lots are dark, definitely don't feel safe walking outside at night. The washer and dryer are the most pathetic things. They are so small and the washer constantly shakes and makes loud banging noises. The trash compacter is always full with heaps of garbage surrounding it. Do not rent here. The area is going downhill really quickly. You will regret signing a lease at Abbott's Run. We only lived here a year and can't wait to get out.
