This place sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I would not recommend anyone move here! Maintenance stinks! They dont know what they are doing and service is half assed. One lation guy is good, but hes the only one who has a clue. You want a half assed job, then this is the place for you! Office help does nothing but sit on their butts eating cookies! And maybe smoking an occasional joint...seriously! They are worthless in the office and downright rude! VERY unhelpful! The crime. My car was broken into, and everything was gone through. A postman was shot in the face area with a BB gun. There is Continued below... graffiti on trees and buildings, and cars notoriously get abandoned here. Two cars sat around for about a year before ------ got off her lazy duff and did something about it. There is no playground for children, not that children should play outside here. It hit the news last eyar that a young girl was sexually assulted here in the community in a car. She ended up escaping and ran from the vehicle crying. THIS WAS ON THE NEWS PEOPLE!!!!! Check the crime stats with the local police! ------------!!! They can help you or direct you to someone who can! Look elsewhere. Only come here if you cant find anything else better! Trust me!
