This Place Needs NEW MANAGEMENT BADLYY!!!!!!!!!

The Office Staff is TOTALLY UNAWARE of anything other then theirselves.Certain maintance men have a smell of liquor on them all the time. They Cant seem to FIX it RIGHT , so they half --- it!!! I heard that certain people want it to be a total black community , but that WILL NOT HAPPEN IN THE STATE OF Virginia. (Plus Some people seem RACIST that work there!)I have heard that certain Office Staff is envolved in Drugs.
A mailman was shot on the property by a BB Gun. Loud Bass at ALL HOURS.No Respect for anyone around you.Several Tenants DO NOT Clean Up Behind their DOGS. NO LEASHES on some of them. Drunk Guys Breaking bottles in the parking lot. The Buildings are NOT MAINTAINED the way they showed be. And the TRASH ISSUE needs to have the HEALTH DEPARTMENT Called to LOOK INTO IT since the Resident Manager CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT CORRECTED!!!
