This place just plain sucks . The mangement is useless and dumb . While filling out our paper work we had to correct the one girl . Ashleigh on how to spell words like " base " 9 she put down bace " and " fort " she wrote " forthe " , then we had to help her figure how many monthes I was living on base , we had to count to 9 . Only one young black girl seems to know what she is doing . The rest of them just sit around all day applying make-up and smoking . The handy guys are terrible. They never tell you when they are coming and just walk into your house ! We where gone once, and when we came back we noticed they had been there . ( they leave you a signed paper ) but...2 of our beers were missing and all my dresser drawers were pulled out ! The kids in the complea are BAD . They run around screaming cuss words ( And some look like they are 5 or 6 yrs old ) they throw sticks and rocks at your car , one lady even had soem kids take a dirty diaper and SMEAR it all over her door . Trash is bad , peopel are just too lazy to put it in the compactor . Saftey is bad too . There is one fellow when I was getting ready to go to work around 4:00 am who was walking around and kepy glancing back over his shoulders , like he was checking to see if people where watching him . Then about two day later I saw the same guy LOOKING INTO CARS . The last time I saw this man was when I was walking my dog around 11:00 pm and he just came out of the woods and just stood there . and watched . I have had numerous knocks on my door at the middle of the night , and gotten up to see no one there . Mnay of the neighbors have had someone trying to break in . The shopping centers around it are not safe , cops patrol the area ALL the time . Do yourself a favor and looks else where

I have been here 4 years and I feel the best part about this place is the Management. Maxine has been a delight to work with as well as delora. The new young lady Ashley has always been helpful and nice everytime I've come into the office despite what other comments have said. We renewed our lease with her last week. (she looked like she knew what she was doing to me.) I have to admit the trash situation is hard to deal with, people just seem to be lazy by not putting their tash in the compactor and leaving bags outside it. I mean come on people. I live far from where the compactor is and it would be really nice to have one closer to my location. As long as Im not forced to move I plan to stick around as long as possibe. As for safty in the area, you have to understand where you are, and to be honest for being so close to Rt1 I have been suprised at the lack of any "bad" activity going on. Its very clean and very quiet. I would recomend if asked.

This is just plain funny. All the parenthesized words in the following statement are misspelled words. The ** means there is bad grammar. Not all the mistakes are noted but the guy should understand my point. There are parts in this statement that don???t even make sense. Laugh. I've lived here nearly two years, and up till recently, it's been great. The office staff always made me feel welcome and they never minded if I came in just to chit chat with them. Then came the new girl, I believe her name is Romania, and all the good went South. She's rude, snippy, self-righteous, and acts like she owns the place. Here's a reminder for Romania: We, the residents of Abbotts Run, keep you employed. You work for us. Not the other way around. If you want to keep your job, you had better stop biting the hands that feed you, or you WILL be on the street. I guarantee it. You don't know what you don't know. I may not argue with you, but I will go to your bosses and ensure you no longer work here, if you push me to it. I was going to renew my lease for 2009, because I like the location, but now I'm not so sure. If what happened today (Friday, Aug 8th, 2008) is any indication...well, enough said. Customer service is dead everywhere in Virginia, it seems, but especially so at Abbotts Run, now that the management company has replaced kind people with evil shrews. Mark my words, treat your clients like gold, or you will find yourself on the street. Respectfully, Joseph, 5701 WGC.
