Truthfully I'm really shocked at some of these reviews. I have been here for a few years now and though things have not been perfect, I still consider this place one of the best communities I have lived in.

Parking is always available, (unless I come home late) and even then I don't have to walk that far. My favorite thing about the parking is that you don't need a pass and my friends can park w/out worrying about being towed.

Noise-It's an issue every now and then but it's not to the point that I can't take it. When it comes to the kids in the neighborhood they are loud when outside but they are kids for goodness sake. The only thing I worry about is one of them getting hit by one of these speeding residents. I have very cool neighbors and everyone seems to be very low key.

Management is always helpful and friendly when I call or go into the office. I do wish that they would put another dumpster twards the back of the property. (Then I would take my trash straight to the dump and avoid a trash letter from management because its sitting at my door:-{.

Overall I really don't have any complaints! Maint. takes care of any problems in my apartment. I go to work, come home, and still have all my belongings and have never questioned my saftey here.
