I've read the reviews and i guess it depends on what building you live in. I have lived in this area (not Abbotts Run) my entire life and it was very hard to find a decent place to live and feel safe. I have been at Abbotts Run for 8 months and so far so good. There are very few times when you hear noise outside or loud music and of course kids are going to play outside but ive only seem them during the day not late at night. Parking used to be great but now it gets crowded early. I like it here and would recommend it compared to other places on Route 1.

I thought it was nice too but wait until you are ready to move out. This happend to me: I had the same problem when I moved out! They claimed that my dog messed up the carpet to the point of having to replace it! Please do your walk through when you leave. I believe they have the maintenance people go in and mess up the carpet and any other things so that they may have a reason to charge additional money on your account when you are moving out! Beware people of those early termination fees? DonĂ¢Â?Â?t expect to have it waived, regardless of what your circumstances may become! Please do not ever be one day late on the rent. Those nice late charges will be there to greet you with a smile $195.00. You will find the notice on your door when you come home after 5:00PM! Just keep smiling so that the maintenance crew will not get you, especially the over weight one who rides the cart. Watch out for him!
