I've lived here nearly two years, and up till recently, it's been great. The office staff always made me feel welcome and they never minded if I came in just to chit chat with them. Then came the new girl, I believe her name is -------, and all the good went South. She's rude, snippy, self-righteous, and acts like she owns the place. Here's a reminder for -------: We, the residents of Abbotts Run, keep you employed. You work for us. Not the other way around. If you want to keep your job, you had better stop biting the hands that feed you, or you WILL be on the street. I guarantee it. You don't know what you don't know. I may not argue with you, but I will go to your bosses and ensure you no longer work here, if you push me to it. I was going to renew my lease for 2009, because I like the location, but now I'm not so sure. If what happened today (Friday, Aug 8th, 2008) is any indication...well, enough said. Customer service is dead everywhere in Virginia, it seems, but especially so at Abbotts Run, now that the management company has replaced kind people with evil shrews. Mark my words, treat your clients like gold, or you will find yourself on the street. Respectfully, Joseph, 5701 WGC.

Was this really necessary? You went to far with this! Maybe "the new girl": is not the problem, maybe you are! You should really look into speaking to someone regarding your anger. Try taking a anger management class and then interacting with others!

I agree.. ever since the new management took over I find that getting any kind of answer out of them is like pulling teeth. They have NO idea what they're doing in there. The -------- girl is really nice. She's the only original staff in the office now. Go see her if you need assistance because the other two have no clue!! I was planning on renewing my lease as well, but I'm not so sure now.

ummm... this is really pathetic... who's self-righteous? we don't employ her.. she's employed by a property management company... The new management works by the book unlike the old management who sucked and got nothing done...

This guy must be in the Military. Yeah dude you sound just like some officers I used to work with. You don't control the world Brain. The office is not run by a bunch of white cartoon rats named Pinkey. They don't work for us they work with us. Take a chill pill and keep the military mentality in the military, it doesn't work outside those gates, moron.

I totally agree with anonymous1. The one that calls herself "the assistant manager " is very rude and gettoish. She needs to go back where she came from. Abbotts Run has a better class of people here than what she is probly used to. We see she has her picks (especially when she talks to men). I think she needs to learn how to talk to people and get rid of her nasty attitude. You'd think she owned the place.

Wow...I was thinking about renting here until I read these reviews. You all sound like a bunch of middle school girls and I personally do not want to give my money to such unprofessional people. Just a word of advise, if you want responsible and professional people to rent from you, I would suggest you stop cat fighthing on this blog and look up the word professional.
