I have lived here almost four months, and the leasing office staff is rude and it takes a long time and several trips to fix reoccuring maintenence issues. There are complaints from my neighbors whoms homes i frequent and know that they are neat, regarding roaches coming from others homes and they receive responses from staff saying "clean your dirty house". The parking is a severe hassle, and it seems like there is not enough staff to handle situations such as icy or snowy conditions, as a resident fell on the ice we had this past week. Another neighbor of mine has been switched to a different unit that the one she was supposed to receive, therefore having to go through the hassle of switching all of her utilities over which was again a hassle. Sadly, the residents here, several of us are already ready to vacate and we tend to depend on eachother more than we do the tryfling staff members of Abbott's Run. It seems as if they stop caring about you and being so nice and sweet once you sign the dotted line. If I had someone to inform me of this madness before hand I would not have moved here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache... If your considering moving here take my advice say : "HELL NO" ... RUN AND GO!
