I lived here when the previous management was here and it was fine. I agree with just about all of the previous postings. I have dealt with every maintence issue possible and still dont have things fixed under the new management. The new management really are rude. They hold my rent check for 2-3 weeks before depositing it. I have neighbors who pay on their online site and they still get sent late notices. Management will favor those they like and mistreat those they dont. They charge for every little thing. I put my trash outside my door in the morning to take to the dumpster when I leave for work and they charged me $25 for having it on my patio. Just an overall bad experience. I am planning on breaking my lease which I have never done in my life either that or suffer into the early summer. MY heater blows cold air unless it is over 75 degrees then turns on but wont shut off, sometimes even for 10 min after in the off postion, My stove has actually flamed up with one of the burners (which I now dont use) I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING TO ABBOTTS RUN!!!!!
