There's fun to be had at Abbotts Run

The staff at Abbotts Run sponsored a fabulous Super Bowl Tailgate Party last Sunday. About 30 residents came with food, drinks, dessert, everything. Grill going on the outside deck, Big screen TV on in the lobby area, plenty of seating (unlike in Dallas!), even had a "Pick the winning team and final score" competition. One dollar per adult resident and all money went to the closest score. The winner was just 1 number away on each score (final score was 31 to 25 - winner had 30 to 24). Pretty good! Packers and Steelers fans were out in force, mixing it up during the big plays and commiserating when the score changed. Everyone got in a little good-natured heckling and teasing and fun was had by all. Can't wait for the next sponsored party, 'cause this one was a blast!

??real residential area?? In other words get into your business and discuss your personal information among themselves in the office with the maintenance crew! Gossip city is what I call it. Your confidential business, credit report info, banking info, work history, how much you make, etc will be in the Abbotts Run News. Real residential?? snoop and snob city. If you don??t care about the maintenance crew knowing all your business, move on in and welcome home.

Carol is only nice to some people you could see it at the end of summer pool party...I think if she leaves the others would be fine

Just wondering, How do they learn about all your business? I am a quite person, and don't share the details of my life with anyone except family. If you talk about your business, then you should expect someone to know, and also talk about it. But if you don't... I just don't see how anyone could come up with that kind of personal information without being told first hand. However, it is very unprofessional for the staff to discuss things of that nature while in the work place.
