there's a mouse in my apartment... one afternoon we're just sitting there w/ our balcony door open (with a screen) and a mouse just casually walks in. we contacted the office and they went to the wrong apartment!!!!!! and when they finally came to our apartment, their so called traps don't work at all... I killed one. ME!!! I had to do it myself. and just when i thought it was over, don't you know it, there's another one!!!!!!! i am going mad and this freaking mouse i swear it's taunting me!1111

Theres also mice/rats in mine, there are droppings in the kitchen on the floors and counters, its really sick. They say they are doing the best they can, I call BS after reading all these older posts with the same rodent problems for months now.
