I'm not sure where to begin. I have experienced multiple issues with my apartment. From mold, to flooding. If you are concerned about your health, I would not recommend these apartments. They may look pretty, but it's what lies beneath that you should be concerned about. My apartment had mold, and the maintenace staff did not seem overly concerned. I have asthma and trust me, mold does not help.
The apartments are very spacious, and the location is makes for an easy commute to DC, but in my opinion it is not worth it. For the amount of money they charge, I would expect perfection.
Also, parking a joke if you get home after 7pm, and forget about it on weekends. I don't think the towing is enforced.
Also, if you have more than 1 car, be prepared to pay for that second parking spot no matter how many people live in a 2 or 3 bedroom.
When dealing with the office staff, make sure to keep a detailed log of all items you discuss, they seem to forget things quite often, also, you may have to call the corparate office before you get ahold of the manager. Again, for the amount of money you pay these people each month, service should be top notch, but it's not.
I can honestly say, I would not recommend moving here, but if you do, inspect the apartment thoroughly before you move in and use that 30 move in guarantee if you see anything wrong.

I have allergies as well, the mold, cigarette smoke and these dirty carpets don’t help with my allerigies at all. I've had to be on daily allergy medicine since moving in here which is expensive on top of everything else (these crazy utilties).
