1. The noise
2. 30% rent increases (enough said huh' Prices higher, service' Whatās that')
3. My car was a victim of a hit and run while parked right out front of my building, insurance wont cover the damage.
4. Outrages utility bills ($200/a month), which are NOT individually metered but averaged.
5. No a/c control
6. MOLD is a HUGE problem and if you have allergies like I do, itās even worse. After multiple service requests they still will not clean it up. My apartment smells moldy and musty.
7.Trash EVERYWHERE HUGE, MASSIVE PILES, left in the front lawn, sidewalks-trash (which WE pay for is supposed to come once a day, weāre lucky if it comes once a week, so we stare at it for a week).
8. Cold showers
9. NO HOT WATERāEVER even if you try at 3am.
10. Unsavory characters
11. Mice/rats in most of the apartments-they will only exterminate if you show them the 12. mouse poop
13. Roaches
14. Fruit flies coming from all the drains
15. Centipedesāeverywhere.
16. Silverfish
17. Earwigs
18. Unsecured property, buildings are also unsecured
19. Homeless people living on the property and it takes them months to get them removed (tents, beds and all).
20. Dog poop everywhere, LARGE VICOUS DOGS THAT ATTACK, and Newport Village refuses to allow Animal Control to do their job because āthis is private property.ā 21. They do not enforce their own weight restriction on the dogs.
22. Buildings smell very bad.
23. Laundry rooms and trash rooms havenāt seen a mop in about five years. They are truly disgusting, REALLY unbelievable, I mean how hard is it to mop down there and clean the black mold off the walls'''
24. Buildings in various stages of disrepair: Rubber stairs missing damaged front doors and windows, hand railings missing. How hard is it to maintain the buildings'
25. Take a hint, look at all the empty apartments there are right now people are moving out in DROVES, thereās a reason for all those empty apartments!!!
For all those who moved out and are now happy, please throw the rest of us a bone tell us where to move to for some peace and cleanliness.

Great list mind if I add a few?
26. Maintenance requires MULTIPULE requests. Make sure you get the person name whom you spoke with.
27. Buildings are in need of DEEP cleaning, they STINK!
28. Smell from others apartments is horrible, Iām dying of second-hand smoke from my neighbors as well as smelling their coffee, popcorn and their nightly dish of curry and other highly fragranced spices.
29. Crow infestation. Your car will never be clean again.
30. Loud music and car alarms at all hours of the day and night, and this is OK with managment since they never act on my complaints.

Noise is a major problems here and I have seen the large piles of rubbage laying in the grass. We are paying for trash removal however it's not happening.
