Overall. I would say shop around.
I can't say this was the worst living experience Iāve had. There were a few positives but not many: Great closet space, kitchen cabinet space, nice size laundry room and bedroom. My neighbors were quiet so I did not experience the noise factor. The drywall in my unit cracked in several places ( was patched up). Nail pops were occuring as if the place was newly constructed( this was a big problem) The last two months were less than desirable. The hot water heater/ furnace made some kind of knocking noise periodically throughout the day (especially at night which made it hard to get any sleep). They were never able to nail down what the cause was. So I assume the people living in my apartment now are hearing the same knocking sound. There seemed to be a problem with hot water. On occasions I got up to find no hot water.
Parking was fabulous as long as you were home before 7:30.PM. I did not experience the bug/mouse problem others described by I did see the potential for a roach problem. I had them spray weekly for 3 months after a few sightings. (A real pain to take everything out of the cabinets and put them back) and did not see anymore until about month before moving out.
However, beware if you live in the basement. There seem to be some pluming issues. I requested another unit at the last minute because I saw the leasing agent struggling with the lock on the patio door. That basement apartment flooded during the heavy rain that came in may. I believe the person who lived there lost everything from the looks of the apartment the next day.
