I have rented from many other companies, and there is always something that they could do better. The management staff is friendly and take your concerns and try to take care of them. The apartments are huge and are in a great location. I have referred my friends here and they also like it here. The rent is a little high but so is everywhere else. One thing I think would make Newport Village a nicer place is do more for the residents (maybe pool party, Christmas party) As far as maintenance everyonce in awhile it might take a couple of days but they do get to and fix what is needed.

This has to be management, no one is that happy here, all the people I talk to cant wait to leave when their lease is up. As far as having events for the resident might I suggest having a yard sale so it will be easier to move outta here.

I'll be happy to show you the hole in my kitchen wall maintenance had to cut so they could stop my sink from over-flowing (which only took a month to get fixed.) They did put a panel over it so they can easily get to the pipes when it happens again (which it has!)
