Donāt be fooled by the landscaping like I was, I donāt even know where to begin: First of all I will be using the thirty-day guarantee and moving right back out of here. I donāt even care what it will cost me this place is terrible. My apartment is infested with mice, rats and roaches. The bugs and mice are disgusting, roaches are HUGE, HUGE, HUGE, I saw one that was at least five inches long and two inches off the ground with legs like sticks, I didnāt even know what the heck to kill it with! This place is the pits!
The buildings smell so bad and they are dirty. Everyday when I come home for work Iām greeted with a horrible stench. Iām paying how much a month to smell this daily' These smells permeate my apartment and apparently curry, garlic and onions can be enjoyed 24/7 even at two am. Itās sick and embarrassing, why would I want to invite company over with these conditions'
The noise comes from every direction I can hear the people above me, below me, the sides of me and even diagonal. The hallway noise is just as bad, people, both adults and children SCREMING and shouting through the building. The buildings built like a shoebox, with very poor construction. I can hear every neighborās pipes so every time they flush the toilet or take a shower Iām part of it. I can hear other peopleās pipes in my living room and bedroom. I canāt figure this one out but the lights constantly flicker like Iām going to loose power any minute, maybe due to poor wiring' Which could be a fire hazard. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of Newport Village.

It appears we have the same issues, the noise, the smells, and the bugs only I have seen more centipeds and spiders than cockroaches but youre right they are really big.

Wow. where are you guys living? maybe it's because I'm in a Brand new renovation but I love it here, i'm used to crazy living conditions being military and this is the Ritz Carlton compared to that.
