Rent increases of $235 a month should be illegal! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The gym is a joke; I use the word âgymâ lightly. They have probably close to a 1,000 apartments (with a few tenants in each apartment) here and the âgymâ only has two treadmills and two elliptical machines. The room is about 8x10 and theres often people waiting for machines. Its very stuffy ((smelly)) and small and its not very comfortable for a good workout. For a complex this size they really need larger facilities to accommodate everyone. I cant understand the reasoning for the small gym, it gets used a lot so they should really think about expanding it. The 24-hour service guarantee is a joke you have to call them multiple times to get them to come out for simple repairs. You have to hound them fix stuff. Most of the time Iâve called them and they said they would get to it today or tomorrow, four or five days later I call back and they have no record of my first request and this cycle repeats itself for weeks until you complain to the corporate office. The maintaince folks donât take their job too seriously here.
