Military - ( with regards to housing - that's all i need to say)
Former tenant of Barton's Crossing - read Fairytale gone bad
this place is by far the best deal for the location and space in NOVA. FABULOUS! is how i describe it - i have compulsive shopping space ( meaning so much space i want to buy stuff to fill it) the maintenance staff is excellent - they have experts in individual fields and do their best to send them out on trouble calls related to that ( or at least a general guy to assess the situation) - extremely speedy. The management has been extremely friendly and helpful ( if you come by only deal with Reggie - fun, friendly, genuinely concerned about the tenants that rent with him ( I've been here 2 months and he's checked on 3-4 times already)
Ask to see the actual apartment before you sign a lease to make sure the environment is what you want - I'm in a bldg with a bunch of single professionals (age 22 - 30) one couple with a well behaved child - perfect for me.
Be a smart shopper, stop tenants and ask them how they like it.
It's a great place

No more military here than anywhere else less than 5 miles from the Pentagon ;-) Military housing widely varies in quality...

Yeaah....what's up with military? They charge you as much as other people, we dont see any difference. However, they could have some special offers to military people because active duty's BH incresed by $45, and their rents went up $150-$250. How is that possible to stay at this place and be in military?
