AVOID From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Was very pleased with price and location at first... The rain flooded the basement and the laundry and trash room were inaccessable for monthes on end. The trash was just left outside which brought rats to the neighboorhood. One rat died on the sidewalk in the entrance way step. I called to try and have it removed several times, but it stayed and rotted away. Mice became a problem. Several neighboors reported calling in and complaining and nothing was done for over a month. Pest control final came out and resolved the issue. The biggest kicker is the rent increase. 200 dollars a month increase. You have to give a notice 60 days prior to your end lease date if you plan to renew the following year. They give you the next years quote one to two weeks prior to this timeline leaving you with no time to make a decision. The rent jumping 200 dollars more a month puts us in a range to be paying for a condo rather than renting. I wish this place upon no one.
