I have lived here for a few months in one of the newly renovated apartments, and so far it hasn't been that awful-apartment complex wise. My biggest problem is the neighbor that lives above us. We can hear them everytime they walk, and especially when they play their loud rap music ALL the time. I am starting to understand why the people that used to live here left. I certainly won't be staying past a year myself. The rest of the neighbors are nice and quiet. I pay enough though that I should not have to be forced to listen to someone elses loud footsteps and awful music.

This is 100% ghetto, your post was very tame. This place has gone downhill, look at the current residents and the new ones moving in this is not some place we now belong. It's been taken over with too many people. I cannot belive rent is $1400 a one bedroom PLUS PLUS another $200 for utlities you gotta be crazy to stay here. Good luck, please post where you move to if you find a better place to live. Thank you.
