I agree with all of the reviews. I have a renovated apt that I FROZE in during the winter, I have requested more repairs than s/b allowed, my neighbors above me are animals, and don't bother talking to any of the staff--what a waste of time. Has anyone noticed that in the last 8 months there is not one person remaining that was here in October' I still don't understand why we are paying for someone to drag a bucket up and down the stairs everyday to "pick-up" the trash'! And I can't even describe my frustration about utilities. All I can say is that I am being ripped off bigtime. I am all for taking the complaints to the next level--this is getting ridiculous.

I've been here a short time and have seen at least 20 people moving OUT, I guess management doesnt care. They suck you in for a year then you realize how terrible this place is and get the heck out. They bank of the fact that it's transisent.

We don't even waste our time calling the office. We always call the corporate office when there is a problem because that is the only way to get anything done. It seems to work.
