Dont rent here if you value your safety. Car theft/breakin is common and nothing is done to secure the complex. Our car was broken into to steal a $20 dollar item on the console and then the morons tried to start the car with a screw driver. This kind of amatuer thing is usually done be your neighbors kids. What kind of people do they rent to' We had to have references and background check.
Otherwise, we are pleased with the unit. But we had to move from the first one we rented because of noisy neighbors who stomped on the squeaky floors above us 24/7. These places were built during an era when construction was done very half assed - the plywood subfloor is nailed down. Why are'nt the floors screwed down when flooring is replaced' You don't have to be a genius to figure this out and it doesn't take more than a couple hours labor to stop most squeaks this way. We got a top unit so no noisy floor above, but tiptoe around so we dont disturb folks below.
Utilities are ridiculous. Its based on sq ft and # people and no way to verify. Paying for other wasteful people.
Hot water is not reliable or hot enough.
Very convenient location, though.

You had to move because of noise and condemn the property managers for not fixing the issue. Yet you rate it a 4 out of 5 for noise which means "minmal noise".
You make note of the bad fabrication but give it a 3 out of 5?
You start off your review making mention of how nothing is done to improve the security of the complex and that your car was broken in to. You give parking a one and safety a three? A three in safety literally translates to "Don't know of any problems. Seems pretty safe to me."
Your review doesn't "add up" to the numbers you rated it.
