My boyfriend and I moved in exactly one month ago. About a week before we moved in, I found this site. I read the reviews, but was still hopefull we'd have a good experience. I moved here from NY and my past 2 apartment rentals were nightmares (ancient appliances, heat that didn't work, noisy neighbors). I figured it couldn't be worse than what I had already put up with.
Boy, was I wrong. The day we were moving in, we went to the leasing office to get our keys as we had already signed the lease 2 weeks before. The minute we walked in, the woman that had leased us the apartment said, "You're not moving in today are you''" Apparently they were still doing work in our apartment. We had to wait for them to finish, wait for them to change the locks and then had to wait for them to clean. The leasing office is ridiculously unorganzied.
Amazingly, it also took us weeks to get a signed copy of our lease, which we had asked for 3 weeks before we moved in.
About 2 weeks ago during the night, we were woken up by what I think is a mouse. Every night since then we've been woken up by the rodent chewing on something in our walls. I can't even convey to you how loud this is. After much pleading and begging, they finally sent an exterimantor out. However he told us that because there were no droppings in our bedroom, he couldn't help us. We're still waiting for this to be rectified as we are continually woken up every single night.
And to top it all off, they towed one of our cars last night.
As much as I hate moving, I hope the next 11 months go by quickly so we can get the hell out of here.

I've been in less than month, same issues and problems. I've haven't gotten any satisfactory responses yet to all the problems. I am hoping it gets better but am documenting.
