Been here three months too long! I cannot belive we have to live here another nine months!!! WE have roaches!! This place is discusting, it smells TERRIBLE, we have raoches crawling into our apartment from the front door! They have black rugs in the lobbys so you can see them crawling all over the place. We have ants in our bathroom, spiders, silverfish and we have found mice droppings in our closet and in our kitchen. We never cook and are very neat and clean people so it is NOT us. Trust me I should own stock in lysol, I'm a neat freak/border line OCD clean freak. There is no excuse for this. Our apartment building stinks like rotten trash/rotten milk/beer, indian food (curry). Inside our apartment is even worse we have an indian family of 6 livivng in the ONE BEDROOM below us and the smell is really bad, it sticks of onions, curry, garlic and the people are really loud. We have called the management office TWICE to formally file a complaint but the never called us back!! We really thought this area was young professionals, boy were we so wrong, no one works here they just hang around breeding all day and crowding as many people they can into one bedrooms as possible. I wonder if hald these residents are actually LEAGAL. Someone needs to call INS. I cant live with bugs and dirty, smelly people anymore its been three months and I'm loosing my insanity! You should not be moving here unless you smell bad and live with 10 people in a one bedroom, because here thats totally acceptable. Come one come ALL should be there theme. For all those who want out like myself theres a loop-hole in the lease, if you make it six months into your lease you only have to pay 1 months rent to break the lease. Heres hoping the nest three months go quickly.

Thanks for the info on the loophole. I've been here going on 2 years and I really can't afford it and thought I'd have to pay a bunch of money to get out. Thanks!

OMG that sucks!!! Is that loophole for real? Where can I find out about it? Did they ever come to exterminate?
We also have an issue with food smells. They are pretty intense to the point of feeling sick to your stomach. Its so annoying to have to constantly have to open a window if its 20 degrees out or 100!

Food smeells are getting worse by the day. They tell you not to open the window while the heat or air conditioning (when we have it) it on however how can you not it smells that bad. I'd love for managment to get a whiff at my apartment and see if they can live like that for a pretty penny each month. This place is a dump and the only people moving in are families of 10 into one bedrooms that produce horrible cooking smells, lets be honest here, that IS who is moving in here now.

I cant take the food smells anymore they are really intense, so intense in fact they wake me up at night and in the early morning when they start their crockpot up. Wow, I never thought anything can smell so bad, but it does.
