Multiple Families in units, this is adding on to bug and cooking smells and higher utility bills.
Hallways are dirty, dark and smelly. The basements are dirty and moldy. The buildings are infested with centipedes and other bugs.
I think they are getting ready to sell Newport Village as they have had the area surveyed and they are asking residents to clean off balconies so it will look nice.
Trash is left on the front lawns constantly, this is a daily problem, it looks terrible and interferes with your social life.
The apartment itself is large for the area but not worth the hassle. There are so many people living here not on the lease so there is never any visitor parking available even though they have tons of spots.

Newport village needs to be a little more picky when renting; they see a family of five visit and tour one-bedroom apartments however they dont question exactly how many people will be living in the one-bedroom. Come on use your brain. START DOING BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THESE PEOLE. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's sick of looking at cabs when I get home and smelling curry all night long so strong I can't breathe anymore. BE active as your community is going to $hit fast!
