This place has pros and cons like any other place:
Pros:
Spacious floorplans
Beautiful french doors
nice kitchens
nice pool
ample free parking
Pet-friendly...great place to walk dogs
some of the office staff
Nice washer and dryer.

Cons:
Thin walls
Old apartments
Dingy hallways
Nasty trash rooms
The office has to turn on the AC for the whole building before you can use it.
Crappy fitness centers
They do not do a good job of walking through an apartment before it is moved into.
Price is high for such old apartments.

Overall, my husband and I have enjoyed living here because it is in a convenient location, we have plenty of room for our stuff and we can walk our dogs all over the property. There are certainly nicer, newer places in Alexandria...however they may not be as affordable.

I'm begging the office to put more lights in the hallways, the hallways as they are now are a danger, it's too dark and it's unsafe. If I get mugged I'm suing, they have been warned to put more lights in the hallways....

We need more lighting in the hallways and in the parking lots.
