What a dump literally!!!

On a daily basis there is trash thrown across the lawns both from residents and the contractors who work on the apartments. The smells of rennovation is deadly and lethal, not to mention the smells of cooking comming from all apartments. This place is really not worth the money at all, I could go on but you got the point.
The buildings are not maintained, hallways are dark, basements musty and dirty, stairs with food debris....
Good luck trying to get anything fixed. The pipes for my shower somehow rupture in my wall and maintenance had to turn off my water. They told me it would be fixed in about a day. It took them 8 days to fix my shower because they had to order some part, so I basically had no place to shower. Management was completely unsympathetic and when I asked them about the 24hr service guarantee, the told me 'that doesn't apply in this case.'
Ive lived here for four months and didnt realize what I was getting into when I signed my lease. The people in the leasing office told me the community was mostly young professionals, but I can assure you that is not the case. It seems like the few professional people still living in the complex are moving out in droves. My neighbors are very loud and its hard to tell who lives here because so many people are coming and going at all hours. I find the thumping music from the street to be especially disturbing. Its so loud your apartment shakes, and thats coming from the street.
Again, this place is a real dump and not worth the money.

I have to concur with this review. I will not tolerate this place anymore and will pay the fees to break this lease. Piss poor maintenance, worst office staff anywhere. I spend 60% of my time traveling so I am gone some times for 2-3 months, but still my utilities increase while I am gone. I am mad as ... well, you know.
