Cheap facilities, poor parking, unresponsive to maintenance requests, and a snide staff

Years at this apartment:

-Parking--Guest parking is hard to get. My visitors often have to park at anoter complex 0.25 miles away and walk to my apartment. That's fine when the weather is good, but a huge pain when it snows. And speaking of snow, Archstone doens't plow well. Last year one of my guests, my 65-year-old father, got his car stuck in the ice which was created when the unplowed snow started to melt and then froze. The snow had been there for four days.
-Facilities--Something is always breaking. The door knob fell off. The toilet chain comes loose regularly. The dishwasher backs up into the sink. Taking a bath caused the bathroom below us to be flooded. The power goes out regularly (once a week during one stretch this summer). The water pressure needs to be fixed about once a month.
-Mainenance requests--Archstone has a guarantee that service requests are addressed within 24 hours. That's never happened. And when pressed about what the guarantee means, they have no idea.
-Price--It goes up every year while the included utilitites get cut.
-Staff--My wife locked herself out last year. It was on a Sunday, 15 minutes after the office closed. She went to the office anyway in case someone was still there. An Archstone employee was there, but refused to help her at first as they were closed, preferring to leave my wife outside in the snow.
-Grounds--There's usually trash in front of the buildings and sometimes in the stairwell.
