I read alot of these reveiws and some of my concerns are not all with the management, as I walk into my apt home building it REAKS OF GROSS FOOD, also not to mention the gross ass residents who either don't know where the trash room is or they are just to damn lazy to take there trash to the room. Oh and by the way those who do have pets PICK THERE ---- UP!!!! AND YOU WONDER WHY WE HAVE MICE.... You are what you live in, and I read this all the time and I am sick and tired of these GROWN ASS MEN AND WOMEN COMPLAINING. GROW UP AND CLEAN UP YOUR HOME OR BETTER YET TELL YOUR NEIGHTBORS TO CLEAN UP. At least if we as resident are going to complain then be correct and place the blame on the right people because the management staff fortunately for them don't have to live with this but clean people like myself do.... I'm tired of paying up scail prices and the residents around me are far from that, although I walk in to the office and complain what can I say when I watch my neighbors next to me leave there dog ---- in front on my building' Or what about when I go into the office and complain because I conserve my utilities but those around me don't, and I ask myself what can management do if my utilities are high''' NOTHING.... You know why cause THEY DON"T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

Actually, there are staff who live on the property. One lives in the building next to me. And management is to blame for their lack of management. Yes, some things are the fault of the tenant. The gross cooking smells in the hall are one. And I've been known to come out of my apartment with my can of Lysol! But that, for the most part, is a cultural thing and unlike PW County, Alexandria is doing nothing to solve their immigrant issue, which is why 97% of the apartments in this area are flat out disgusting. But anyway, back to NPV and the issues here...if I wanted to live with mice, I could pay half and move across the street to Larchmont Village or right behind my section to Hermitage or other places. You pay more, so you expect more. Even out of management!!!
