ASV Sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I live here currently and would get out of my lease if I could.
The maintenance is shotty at best. Management doesn't pass along the maintenance request in a timely manner like the contract says. 24 hour response time is more like "oops we lost your request"!

My advise about ASV is, "put your shoes on and RUN AWAY! Find a different place to live"
