I moved here 3 years ago and it was much nicer. It's no longer a nice place I'd like to invite my friends to come see. My neighbors ran out on their lease and it took the management 5 months to realize they were gone. They have been working on the apartment now for 5 months and it's still not ready. I live on the top floor and have complained about mice (on the top floor)....how in the hell did they get there!! I swear I think at one point someone was entering my apartment when I wasn't home taking items (things were randomly missing). Utilities....WHAT!! Not sure if I believe anything they say! They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to messages. They tried to over charge me for rent saying I didn't pay on time! They waived it, but why did I have to go through it! They still have me down as late on my rent!! I'm tired and they SUCK!!!

I don't know, but the management's issues seem to have gotten alot worse over the last few months. I am so fed up and so sorry I ever signed a lease with these people. I had a run in on the phone with Monique in the office over a erroneous charge of $29.90 that they were so kind as to put a note on my door about with no explanation. She was supposed to have the manager, Leisha Wolfe, call me, but that was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a word. Also, I considered myself lucky when reading all of these postings about mice, until I found one in my kitchen last weekend. So far, no response from management about that.
All of this really is a shame, because this really is a convenient location and could be a really nice property if they took care of it. (They certainly charge enough for it!)

We also had problems with the rental office saying we were late with our rent when we weren't--and they made us pay the fee. And they definitely never answer the phone. Not to mention that they never, ever salt or shovel the roads or sidewalks when it snows--We've been doing it ourselves just to try to keep from breaking a leg!
Our apartment is beautiful, the location is decent, and we still haven't seen a mouse (yet). That said, it's amazing how quickly bad management can tank a place. We have a lot going on and don't really want to move, but we're thinking of it--particularly if our rent increases drastically.

I have a theory of about the new mass of mices to all the apartments. If maintanence actually pathched all the holes on the exterior buildings' bricks, and if the main entrance doors didn't all have 3-4 inch gaps between them, the little critters wouldn't be able to get in the first place. This place is terrible, from the crime to mice, this place just can't get worse. Can it?
