I wonder if the wonderful management reads these reviews. You would think that something would happen if only they did. Do they even care a bit - I think not. We are the stupid people who signed a lease and they have us captive until the lease runs out. And no, I cannot afford to pay the penalties for breaking the lease - for those of you that think it is wonderful, why don't you run around and start picking up the sticks, garbage and left over dog poop - not to mention knock on doors to take head counts, mulch and seed the lawns, and oh buy a surplus of mouse traps for everyone that needs them.
My air conditioning barely works and gurgles and burps with the most unsual of sounds. Oh, we are going to call the office this a.m. - time to take a Valium and blood pressure pill again - we will need it after they nod and promise to fix - SURE!
I don't think angry can describe the feelings that surface about this GHETTO......A place that should be considered "home" has become nothing more than anger and frustration. Welcome to Archstone!

I agree with you. I wonder if we called the better business bearue if they would get involved. They only care about their money.
I actaully told a potential tenant the other day to go somewhere else. Run and not walk.

Actually, filing a junction w/ the courthourse...what they call a rental lien, might do the trick. I've looked into this because I'm sooooo tired of making complaints about the electrical wiring in my apartment and having to wait months for them to be repaired. Basically, go to the courthouse and pay $60 --the judgement will be that they have 30 days to make all repairs/address concerns or they do not get their rent...it goes into escro until they get their crap together. I think if enough of us do this ANV will wake the hell up!

I wonder why people always think it affects the office when THEY don't pay rent. I doubt it would do anything they are just gonna get more people to come in and take our place...they will always make a profit!

All of your response actually make me laugh, half of the stuff on here you can tell people didn't get their way or what they wanted. There is stuff on here that is true but talk about over exaggerating. You complain about mice ok so I had them in my apartment, coming from my neighbors I had the holes filled caught 4 and never seen another one. But guess what dirty houses will keep mice coming back because they are being fed. This is not necessary the properties fault, think about it people that live in houses get mice and they pay over 2000. Come on ya all get life!!!

Yet management still seems to rent to dirty people who keep dirty houses that keep the mice fed and don't issue warnings or anything. They could... could... do a wee bit more than what they are doing to clean things up. Which is nothing. But someone is allowing those kinds of people to move in. Is it you?

Heck no dude. This ---- is for real. I have a cleaning service that bleachs my house. i mean, smells like bleach and leave's it clean. I have seen mice, mildew, and the service group sucks! not to mention they lsot 2 of my cashiers checks and AFTER I GOT THE BANK TO send the official copies, they said they were false!!!!!!!!!!! what kind of bull is that?!!? This agency is really ----ed up!
