MAJOR ISSUES HERE -- LOOK ELSEWHERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We've been here since Fall of '07. Initially, our move in was smooth. -------------- was our leasing agent but she's no longer here. Since we moved in we've noticed major changes in management and maintenance. Management is absent and maintenance is nowhere to be found. The small park area is constantly full of debris, most of which was on the ground when we moved in. There are dead trees on the grounds, one of which was knocked down by kids. It's been two weeks and it's still there. Complaints to management went unheeded. The office manager is always AWOL. When we filed complaints of noise, we were told to call police. Right! Others have posted concerns about utility costs. It'unusual the way they do it but I can understand to a degree. The costs are high but could be controlled if management would upgrade their units, like double paned windows and French doors. Right, like that'll happen! My point' Look long and hard before committing to ANV.
