Well I really like the location, and my apartment is very spacious for what I pay. I originally wanted to move to arlington but couldn't afford a 2 bedroom by myself. Anywho, what I dont like is that im in bldg 4709 and i face the pool so the parking lot is a bit of a walk. I can't really have friends over because the guest parking is ALWAYS taken. ALSOOOO my main complaint is BUGS! There are flat bugs in my apt, not a lot but ive caught a few already and its getting me paranoid, I dont know what exactly they are but i want them out! A couple of days ago-i dont know if a mosquito got stuck in my apt-havent seen any- but i awoke with a ton of bites all over my arms, and legs. Im soo paranoid you dont freakin understand, i fell like they are crawling on me all the time. Another thing, when I first moved in on the 18th of August I told them that a window was cracked, and that my shower sucks because everytime i try to take a shower the temp switches on me from VERY HOT to VERY COLD every other second. I saw the service requests posted but then I saw that it said it was resolved but they never came to my house, neither was it resolved. I hope that by the time my lease is over, that in a year my financial situation will be better so I can move to a better apartment in arlington, but for now this will do. Like i said the price for a 2 bedroom is very good, the location is great.

The maintenance requests will continually be marked "resolved". I recommend that you keep written documentation of everything with those people. I would send them emails and call them everyday until the issue is resolved. I went through a terrible time with flooding in my apartment (long story but they claimed the first flood never happened). Just keep pestering them (in writing is key). I wish you better luck than I had!
